Refund and Cancellation Policy

Navigation Ministries is committed to providing quality pastoral counseling and ministry services. Please review the following refund and cancellation policies carefully before scheduling an appointment.
Counseling Appointments
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, Navigation Ministries reserves the right to retain all or a portion of any prepaid counseling fee or donation associated with the scheduled appointment.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies, illness, severe weather, military obligations, or other circumstances beyond the client's control.
Missed Appointments
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") may forfeit any prepaid counseling fee or donation associated with that appointment.
Repeated missed appointments may result in the discontinuation of counseling services.
Counseling Fees
Fees paid for completed counseling sessions are non-refundable.
The counseling session time and availability are reserved specifically for each client; therefore, once services have been rendered, refunds will not be issued.
Donations
General donations made to Navigation Ministries are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable.
If an administrative error results in an incorrect donation amount being charged, please contact Navigation Ministries within 30 days so the matter can be reviewed and corrected.
Ministry Events and Workshops
Refund policies for ministry events, conferences, workshops, or special programs may vary and will be communicated during registration.
